Reporting issues
If you have an issue with a plugin or modification here, please do take the time to report them so that they can be fixed, however, to make ours and your lives easier, please do the following before reporting issues:
  • Check that you are using the latest version of the plugin
  • Try the plugin on a clean MyBB install, with no other plugins and themes installed - does it work correctly there?  If not, note down everything you did from the clean install - this can be used as a step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the issue.
  • Please explain the issue clearly with all relevant details.  "It doesn't work" is about as useful as saying "I'm an idiot".

Note that these aren't rules, but guidelines to help everyone resolve issues more efficiently.

ALSO, do you know HTML and CSS? (the basics is enough)  If no, I strongly recommend you learn it.  It is NOT hard and can be learned very quickly.  I recommend all webmasters should have and understanding of HTML and CSS, especially if you wish to modify your forum beyond a stock install.
I don't expect you to know PHP and Javascript, however, I will generally assume you understand HTML and CSS when reporting issues.
