For whatever reason you may want one, the .xxx TLD for adult websites is available to registration, although general availablility is not up yet.
Maybe now's the time to consider if you're going to take up the chance to register on a fresh TLD for lolz or whatever (mybb.xxx anyone?).

Google will gives a "better" result when a users search using a keyword xxx (do they need to search it?)

Only if the existing plethora of porn sites are willing to move over.
Which I bet they won't be.

But regardless of the motive, it's great as a joke domain (as long as it doesn't cost much to register).
