But I need to make this automatically, like you made, I need to edit all posts to insert the url of the picture.
I need that automatically grab the 1st image of the post, that way I dont need to make nothing

Because my forum is updated by my users... and I will have too many work editing all members threads one by one

Any solution?

i think no. you can only set the new threadfield as a "required field", so that all new posts contain the picture. but all old threads you must change manually. i know, life is hard
