  I have been looking for the mod which enhances the post box and reply box by adding font dropdown menu, etc. as same on this site. Please advise me.

The Quick reply boxes on this site do not have any formatting bars etc.  If that's what you're looking for, I do recall someone making such a modification, so you may want to search around.

The formatting toolbars are standard with MyBB's "Full Post Reply" page.
