MyPlaza needs to be activated before you can access this page!".
I'm new to myBB...what am I doing wrong? Can someone please help?

So you uploaded the plugin, is this what happens when you activate it?
I can't activate it. Or at least I don't know how to. I get the warning script from my previous post, and the plugin manager is otherwise empty. Myplaza doesn't show as a plugin, nor do any of the other plugins I have installed.
How would I go about activating it?
I haven't seen that before. Are you sure you've uploaded everything into the correct locations?

I believe that message only shows up when you try to access either the Admin or plaza page directly, so the only thing I can think of is if the wrong files are being included by the script.

Like the installation of MyBB, the contents of the Upload folder should be uploaded to the root of where you installed the forum.
For example, you'll find a file, /Upload/admin/myplaza.php in the download package, this file should be uploaded to /your_site_folder/forums/admin (assuming your directory structure is like that).
