is there a way to get the member list of a Mybb forum ?
note that access to this list is forbidden by administrator ?

I'm assuming that this forum isn't under your control.
If they've disabled access to the member list, then you obviously can't view it.  Though if your aim is more along the lines of building a list of all users, you could theoretically visit every members' page using the uid, assuming you have access to profiles.
