The plugin doesn't check admin permissions to show the links.
MyBB doesn't seem to do so either. This plugin just copies what MyBB displays (to some extent).

What do you mean? I have tested and if a admin doesn't have the permissions to access, for example, to the thread prefixes section, mybb doesn't show the link.
Unless something changed in a recent version or my localhost copy of 1.6.1 is really whack, it shows for me:

Would've been an easy change in the old version, but I can't be bothered with v1.1 because handling around the hack is kinda a pain that I don't feel like thinking about...
Ideally, MyBB should have a better API than their stupid multi-submenu hack.
I can post v1.0 with the change if you wish.

Did this plugin work without errors? Because I am unsure to install it when i saw the screenshot showing access denied.
