You may see some people who don't seem to realise that their caps lock key is on.
Well, to try to make it better for readers of the post, this plugin attempts to change posts which are completely capitalised, to only have the first letter of each word capitalised.
Note that it only does this if the entire post is capitalised. Also, it does allow all caps if the post only has one word (eg, if a user just responds with "LOL" or whatever, it allows it through).
