            I found a very lite cms script for small websites and I want to use it but the development started in 2009 so there in not much review available on it, so I dont know if it is safe or not. I would be very thankful if you take a look at the coding and review it specially in terms of performance and security...

Can you please suggest a lite weight cms that do not use database?

What's wrong with using a database?

sqlite is a lightweight system/library which doesn't require a database server like MySQL or PostgreSQL - maybe use one that supports that?
