I had a user report an issue with an XThreads file upload:

Its not really a bug - I know that several file upload and download systems have an issue with this - but if I upload a file with an ampersand in the file name then the file attaches ok, but it can't be downloaded - instead you get
"Specified attachment not found."
I have fixed the problem in the linked post by replacing the ampersand with "AND" - just thought I would report it.
