What was the first plugin you used/installed when the first time you used/tried MyBB (if you still remember it)?
The first plugin I used/installed at the first time I used/tried MyBB was the Hello World plugin
At that time, even I didn't know where the plugin file placed
So, I didn't know how to change the message
I think the first plugin I got was G33K's fit onpage plugin - I was fed up of posters breaking the layouts - yea, we gave em warnings, but was still annoying. I was not really sure what the fluid thing meant, so I tried anyway, and it worked.
Next one was a theme - Quacktaculars realize. Then - advance portal. I spent DAYS taking all the extra stuff off it and making it fit my theme. Like more than 14 days - more weeks really......

For me, I didn't know how to do it
When I browsed the Plugin Manager page, there were only two plugins there.
So, I just went with it

If I remember correctly, I installed MYPS for the first time.
The first plugin I installed was Quick Theme but now I only run one theme! I left it on because it spaces my footer nicely!

The most part I messed up at that time was my template, because the second plugin I used (I think) is PHP In Template. Then, this plugin becomes one of must have plugins for me until now

I've never used MYPS. I use MyPlaza. The only reason for me why I still use MyBB 1.4 for my forums

I only have one theme too, beside the default theme. I don't have many theme created.
Re themes - I am theme mad. I have about 5 active and another 6 in development. I don't share them as my favourite colour is Orange....
