how to put avatar on last post?

You would have to change the query in the core file or make a plugin I think.

I get what you want thalhah, and I would like to try and help you, but I have a big project on right now I want to finish that before I do any more "little plugins".

My initial suspicion is that this isn't the easiest of things to do (efficiently).  But good luck with it if you try.
