How to make that in threadlist post preview looks like inside thread? i mean, smilies, multilines, like in here

The thread tooltip plugin won't display formatting.  You'll need some other method to pull out first posts of threads (a possible alternative is to not use the post message field - rather, create a custom thread field and use that as the description).
