I'm super new to all of this and have been reading through the threads here to try and figure if I can be able to do this. Short is basically I'm wanting the thread descriptions & prefixes from XThreads to also show up in the automatic threadlog (link.

Could anyone help me on where to start? Or even better, guide me through it.

All XThreads data (except for XThreads attachments) are stored inside threadfields_data table. It uses tid (thread ID) as Primary Key so you can 'connects' it to threads table if needed.

By using the explanation above, you can join the threadfields_data table into the query in line #320 to grab the description and prefix (unfiltered).
