Unique Profile Field Input

I'm attempting to figure out how to require a UNIQUE input on a specific profile field (not all of them).

I cannot seem to figure out how to add the UNIQUE constraint to this specific one input. If I go to structure I would have to do this for all fields not just one.

Any clue?
