inc/plugins is a folder which is included with every MyBB release (since 1.2 at least - haven't seen older versions)

If you don't have it, either you deleted it, or didn't upload it, so yes, I'd just create it.

Thanks for this wonderful plugin. I really find it useful. It works perfectly fine for me. How do I limit this "hide" only to a certain forum, and not all the forums.

I see it like "dared". Your Plugin to hide something is really the best! Activating and everything does what it have to do. No data editing or something else.
