Help Documents Improvements

Just a little improvements (hopefully) for our Help Documents:

• Use Language File
  Should a document use the language file or not. By default, when we edit a document, MyBB will "force" us to not use the language file.
• Hide Help Documents Breadcumb
  Do not display the Help Documents breadcumb when a user views a document.
• Hide From The Help Lists
  Do not display a document in the Help list. We need to put the link to this document manually in our template if we hide it.
• Viewable By Usergroups
  For which usergroup(s) a document is available. For example, User Registration document should be available for Guests only.
• Documents' Name on Online Location
  Use document's name on online location. By default, MyBB always use Help Documents for the name.
  

Maybe it is a useless plugin But I think it is OK to share it with XThreads users.
