Help

[BlowMeAway]

Im kinda new to all this..
But, is there any easy way that i could change these two things?

• Forum legend at frontpage (Like this site)
• Post like this, with picture at the left/nick/info at left and text at right
  

On my page "Forum Legend" is called "Forum team" and isnt viewable on frontpage unless you press "Forum Team" and gets directed to new site.

And posts are like this.
