User Map with XThreads?

Hi, I would appreciate your help.
I'm having a problem that one of my users brought to my attention.
A lot of the older pinned users from last year and prior including myself are not showing up on the main map yet if we click the "where is my marker?" link my pin shows with all of the post information. My pin also shows my location in my profile correctly as well.

It's strange, this could have been happening for a while and I didn't realize it because I don't normally don't go into the main user map to check my pin or prior members pins. Example: I would be in Staten Island, NY 10306 yet I am not showing

also in 2 of my prior posts above this one, is there a way to center a specific area on the main map? I would like to center the USA/Canada because this is where 99.9% of my membership is
