You shouldn't worry about MyPlaza backups if all you've done is move servers.  The MyPlaza backup just takes out parts of the DB and puts it into a file.  Since you've moved servers, you've probably shifted the entire DB over, so you shouldn't need to worry about MyPlaza backups.
