That really unstable?

Hey, I'm new to this forum

So as I was returning to mybb community to check my previous support post because I was asking if there is a method to "listen" if user made new topic / reply, as I opened the forum it says I was banned. I was started getting furious because it was for no reason ban, until I tried to calm down and look for the cause. Strangely, sometimes I can view the forum and sometimes it says im banned, so I though the forum is having issue.

So, does that forum really that unstable?
