Got a stumper here!

What would cause my forum bread crumbs to read ERROR instead of BOARD MESSAGE when there is no error? It shows error when you click new threads and there are no new threads it also shows error when a new member registers and the message says to wait for email...both instances shod show board message.

I already checked global.lang.php and it is set to "board message" So I am stumped! Any ideas?
