how to add pagination / multipage in custom page

I've create a custom page that only show recent posts from all forum. But it will limit the recent posts with code in php.

PHP Code:

LIMIT 5

What i want is to make a pagination based on how many recent posts in our forum and make them in pagination just like in portal

Anyone can help me with this?
