Counter field xthreads?

Hi, I would like to know if is possible to have a counter for xthreads fields.

For example I use a field "hide/show" to allow to guests of see or not see the threads. For secret threads they have to login

I would like to ask if is possible to have a "counter" for hide threads.

For example there are 50 threads: 40 with custom field on "show" and 10 on "hide".

I would like to put the notice: "There are 10 hide threads, pleas login or register etc etc".

No way to do this without writing your own custom code unfortunately.
