Links in new tab

I've searched on this forum for this request but I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know of a mod or plugin when inserting a link into a post to make it open in a new tab?  

I know the html code to make this work but without having to type this in every time would be great.

When inserting a link using the editor adding a checkbox asking to open link in a new tab would be great.

MyBB opens links in new window/tab by default.
