Do you have a theme style forced onto that set of templates? Are other XThreads set ups working on the live site?

the only theme installed on my live site is the cure; I deleted the default theme.  I'll try out some more xthreads mods in a few hours after I get some sleep and report back.

But try to uninstall XThreads. Re upload all XThreads files (overwrite). And re install it.

This is really weird.  I have looked through Shemo's code also and I can't find anything that would cause it to not work!  All the XThread bits are inserted where they should be and his global temps look perfect!  I can't figure it out either.  Maybe a reinstall will help.

I actually tried a reinstall today and that didn't help

Ah, this might be a conflict with Google SEO.
I didn't consider the plugin's modifications when I made the changes for v1.41.
Lemme have a look further.

Thanks for the info.  I've put in a temporary fix, so it should work on your site now.
