Bump Thread
This was a requested plugin.

Simply, all this does is allow a user, to "bump" his/her own thread without posting a reply to it.  (super moderators and administrators can use this function on any thread)
Admins can specify the time a user must wait before "bumping".  Note that this time takes into consideration posted replies.

^ Next to the topic title, there's a "Bump Thread" button.
All it will do is change the ordering on the forumdisplay page, so that the "bumped" thread appears first on the list (at the time of the bump).

Hope that makes sense...
