Issue: ModCP SQL Error

Brief Description of Issue: Hello guys, When ever I try to go to modcp with an moderator or super moderator account, I cannot access modcp and I get the error. But as an admin or custom user group I can access the modcp. can any one help me with this error ?

As far as I know (I can't find it), there is no query like that in modcp (?)
