You're not giving enough information.

What template are you modifying?
Do the posts show up if you revert the code?
Do conditionals actually work in templates?
Does the SIMILAR THREADS comment appear in the output HTML if you remove the conditional?
etc etc

<if></if> conditionals works great. After revert the code everything returns to normal posts show!

When posts are not showing I can't find <!--SIMILAR_THREADS--> in the source code but when posts are showing it's in the code!
I have {$similarthreads} deleted form the template and Show 'Similar Threads' Table is ON

So what do you see in the source code?

If nothing, then I don't know, assuming you've uploaded all files for template conditionals properly.
