Bank glitch

Hi zinga, at my forum, hibby had more than 400 000 of cash! xD
I was using the comma for thousand and the period for decimals, he said that after 999 of cash, he can make a lot of money from the bank..
he told me it was because of the comma and the period.
Currently I swapped them but I don't know if its fixed or not.
