MyPlaza v0.52

This is yet another quick update to the MyPlaza v0.5x series.

This update primarily fixes compatibility issues with MyBB 1.2.12.

Additionally, it fixes a few potential bugs found in v0.51.

Lastly, it adds a feature which allows modules to have their own set of modules (and so on).

As with previous v0.5x updates, if you're updating from v0.50 or later, there is no need to run any update scripts.
