Change Username Font/Colour ISNT Working!

Alright, for some reason, changing your username colour and username font in MyPlaza doesn't work. The rest do, but these 2 don't.

I am running 1.2.13, and created my forum with 1.2.13 (I messed up my one on 1.2.12, with 10 users, so I decided to re-create the forum with 1.2.13.)

The theme is 1.2.13, and it still doesn't work.

I have 2 1.2.12 themes, and 1, 1.2.12 theme but it doesn't work on any of them.

HELP IIS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
