I use tagcloud plugin which is maden by Lex

The tag links are like that "eg. http://www.sitename.com/tagcloud.php?tag=full"

I want to make links that " http://www.sitename.com/tags/full "

How can do it ?

How can edit .htaccess and php files ?

You'll really have to know what you're doing for this - that is edit the PHP file.  I can't say more.

I suggest contacting the author of the plugin for instructions.
