I've always wondered how an RPG system works - heard it a bit, but never seen it...

Yeah, I've kinda realized that.  But I can't quite think of a better design though...
Can you perhaps think up a concept?

How would HP/MP/Exp work?
I guess HP = 0 -> ban?
MP = attack power?
Exp...  how do you gain that?


Thanks again for the wonderful suggestions.  I've played a few RPGs in my life, but I've never understood how to integrate it into a forum system.
It will be difficult for me though - since I'm the only person working on this.
