RE: AJAX Quick Reply 1.2
With the previous version it was working in opera but not in firefox....I assumed it was conflicting with "image resizer" javascript...

Now it is working with none after upgrading!!!

EDIT: it seems there is no fast reply in this forum either!! & when I posted the "redirection page" froze & I had to click to get back in this thread.

It's because your post is going to show up on page 2.
It automatically disables itself if it notices that, as there is no need for AJAX, as, the user is going to be redirected to the next page anyway.

Try it now - since a new reply won't go into page 3.

I haven't seen that plugin.  If it uses Javascript, then yes, there's potentially a conflict.

If you're using Firefox, install the Firebug add-on, and see if any script errors appear.

Okay I re-downloaded and uploaded it and now it did show up in the plugin manager. Activated it however, and nothing changed with quick reply. Frown It still reloads the page which I can see does it here now too again.

I explained why it does it at times - it's designed to do it.

But if it's not working at all, could you link me to your forum?  I'll take a peak.

EDIT: Saw your forum link from another thread.  Appears that ajaxqr.js isn't being referenced.
Edit your showthread template - in the <head> section, add:

HTML Code
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/jscripts/ajaxqr.js"></script>

EDIT 2: Ahh, I see why people may be having issues - it appears that the MyBB upgrader doesn't upgrade the template to reflect the new version, or something.  Your's still says ?ver=121, whereas, on my clean install of MyBB 1.2.12, it says ?ver=1212.
Anyways, adding the above should fix it.

RE: AJAX Quick Reply 1.2
Okay, it almosts works, we're getting close. When I type a quick reply, it does show the loading window as in Quick Edit, however then it shows an error popup saying:

"There was an error performing the update. Internal error!"

Tried again and then it said "An unknown error occured."  =/

I temporarely de-activated it.

Gah, was trying to test it at your forum Kikkerking, but you de-admin'd me.
Can I test it out somewhere?

You might want to remove the temp forum BTW.
