RE: Thread Prefix
Yeah. The XThreads filtering system is a very very very useful feature.
XThreads provides us a flexibility Smile

RE: Thread Prefix
uups, one problem i don´t see before:

the sort function dont working if i click on todays post.
reason: normally you have this link: bburl/forumdisplay.php?fid=240&filtertf_prefix=Prefix2
but
if you click on the the prefix link by "todays post" you see this:
bburl/filtertf_prefix=Prefix2
result: The requested URL bburl/filtertf_prefix=Prefix2 was not found on this server.

what can i do to solve this problem? any idea?

RE: Thread Prefix
Ah, yes. I can reproduce it. Only happens for the first row if there are more than one results. I think we need to wait Yumi/ZiNgA BuRgA to reply. I can't help you in this step. I'm really sorry.

RE: Thread Prefix
i just uninstall the version 1.30 and install 1.31
the error is still present by clicking the first prefix (using View Today's Posts):
The requested URL bburl/filtertf_prefix=Prefix 3 was not found on this server.

by the 2nd or 3rd prefix etc. all is working fine.
ZiNgA BuRgA wrote in THIS post: fix displaying threadfields on various search/portal templates with forumurl/threadurl variables

Sry, but i have the same error again. i use MyBB 1.4.14

//Edit
i found another bug:

example: you have 4 forums (fid=1-4). only in 1 forum (for example fid=1) you use prefixe. i click on "view today´s posts". the first entry is with a prefix (fid1), the second without prefix (fid2), the third without a prefix (fid2), the fourth with a prefix (fid1) and so on. i
looks like this:
[prefix] threadname fid=1
threadname fid=2
threadname fid=2
[prefix] threadname fid=1 <- if you click here, you jump to results from fid=2 (the fid from the post above)

i hope you understand this ^^

Sorry, but after using the 1.31  version, I can't reproduce it. All prefix in search results by clicking View Today's Post work fine for me?

I can't reproduce it too. Works for me?

For both of the issue, you can see in my example here. I'm using 1.4 version too:
http://mynie.6te.net/demo/search.php?action=getdaily

The prefix in the first row/results work fine.
The second and the third row come from fid=2. I didn't set prefix in this forum ID. I set prefix only in forum id=33.
When I click the fourth row (with prefix, fid=33), it leads to forum id 33. Again, works fine for me?

Could you explain it more, please. What change you do in that forum? My PHP block works well:
http://mynie.6te.net/demo/showthread.php?tid=106

I've tried it in my localhost without using Cool Codes plugin. I don't find any error.

RE: Thread Prefix
What is your URL?
Or, could you post your .codeblock code class in your global.css here?
I don't think it is caused by XThreads.

RE: Thread Prefix
Jumper, can you confirm that you've updated all your files to v1.31?  Earlier versions would evaluate things at the wrong time, causing stuff to go to the next result.  That is, for the first search result, it would actually affect the 2nd, and the 2nd would affect the 3rd, which sounds like what you're getting.
The fix is in the file inc/xthreads/xt_mischooks.php - so try re-uploading that file (though you should probably check others too as there is more than one change).

Hope that helps.

holy shit, that was really the problem. i´m very very sorry. i think that my ftp-client sucks during the upload and don´t overwrite some phps. now it works Yipi

sry again, my mistake. please don´t hit me ^^

but now another problem.

there are many options by the forum settings. for example "Enable XThreads' Inline Forum Search"
if i set it to "yes" and save the forum, after reload the site, the setting is by "no"
but in SQL the value is "1". but if you load the forum again in admin cp, the setting is "no" again.
All changed settings there submitted correctly to SQL, but you don´t see the new settings in admin cp

for info: PHP Version 5.2.6-1+lenny9
SQL Engine MySQL 5.0.51

What can be the problem?
