RE: Image Preview In Newthread And Editpost
But yes, if we have a lot of custom thread fields attached to a forum, I think it is "better" to create a template for it.
So, it is more "organized", and looks "better". I use tabs in my newthread template to organize the fields.

To validate our forum page, try to start validating our header and footer first (at least that is what I do first when creating a new themes).
If there is an "error" in that template, it means all page will have an "error".
Then our index (not too hard to validate this page), next to threadlist (more template involved in this page), then showthread.

Yea, my problem is that I have a max height and min height. I was redoing my header templates so thats really buggered all pages atm - but even before I smashed everything these min- and max heights were just not validating.

Gotta finish the header and menus - then onto the thread display Smile

Sorry for misunderstanding your problem earlier leefish (if that's what I did).

I don't know whether it's OK or not to run that commit in a production forum.
I think you need to wait Yumi to confirm it.
I run the latest development version because my forum only a demo forum.
Applying the edits of that commit should be fine (ie, find the lines and modify as I did).  I'm not terribly sure about replacing the entire inc/plugins/xthreads.php file however, but from memory, it should probably work too.
Glad it's solved anyway.

Zinga - not at all - I failed to mention a rather crucial aspect - the forum settings. It was because I was trying to write every possible thing that COULD be causing it that made me realise that I had not tested this aspect.

Alls well that ends well. Looking forward to 1.33 Smile

Hmm, that looks interesting. I dont always make a new editpost for every layout - just ones that need a lot of extra fields - and that is usually pretty much the same as my new thread.

I think it is very useful for displaying a threadfields preview that not laid in postbit, i.e: showthread or forumdisplay_thread.

RE: Image Preview In Newthread And Editpost
Hi, is possible add upload on imgur?
Instead to upload image directly on own server, add it on imgur?

I have to move the site to another server and I have a lot of pictures, it takes hours and hours to download them and then upload them, it is impossible...

Thank you

I honestly don't know what you want this if you're asking your users to upload to a 3rd party hosting site.  This mod is for emulating that with self hosted images.
