Question about Soft Delete

Is it possible to prevent anyone except me from purging the posts?

Not without modification.
The plugin, unfortunately, doesn't really have any configurability at the moment.

If you're the only administrator, only you'll be able to delete it.  If there are other admins, they could delete posts regardless of what the plugin does anyway.
