Halp! Trying to add side column

I removed the collapse div but it is still doing it.  I did find that turning the IE compatibility button on fixes it, but it messes a few other things up...mainly the borders around stuff in the members profile page.  IE SUCKS!  LOL

I think I fixed it by adding this to the index page template:

This way, the other pages are not affected by putting the site into ie7 mode.
