Nothing.... I think I've misunderstood what you wanted.
I thought you want a BBCode for internal XThreads attachemnts only with lightbox, but it seems you want it for general images too.

Never mind. I already have my own BBCode for internal XThreads attachment only that (I think) it "works" for me.
