XThreads: Everyone (Required)
Hello guys, yesterday I was developing one system and I set the field "Editable by / Required Field? " to "Everone (required)", then I  started the first test to see if everything was ok.

I added ALL information BUT the XThreads fields to test the "required" info, but nothing happened, no warning showed up saying that I needed to complete the XThreads required fields before proceeding.

Is anything I'm doing wrong?

XThreads fields and it's settings:

RE: XThreads: Everyone (Required)
If you put 1, then, the very top value in value list acts as "default value". It will be selected automatically.

RE: XThreads: Everyone (Required)
So if I change the value to 2 it will make the member change the option?

RE: XThreads: Everyone (Required)
But....
See the screen: EVERYONE REQUIRED
[Image: semttulosi.png]

See the screen: CUSTOM AND SELECTED EVERYONE FOR EVERY FIELD (the (Not set) option appears there, but I can still submit the thread without changing the value)

Isn't there an option to make the user choose one INSTEAD of (Not set) option?

Nothing. It's blank.

Of course your user can submit the thread if the fields is not a required field. Setting it to the Everyone means that the fields is not a required fields, it is an optional fields. You need to set it to Everyone (required).

If it is blank (the Default Value), none of the value of Value List in the selectbox selected automatically.

Your users need to select at least one value before they can submit the thread.
