7-zip enables solid compression by default, whereas WinRAR doesn't.  If you enable solid compression in RAR, you'll probably get a much smaller difference.

Ah, yes, Yumi. When I try to set the compression to the Best and thick the solid option in WinRAR, the result is about 5.12 MB (122 MB before).

I would like to test it with UHARC, but it's really slow.
