Bug in Xthreads?

Is it possible to be such big bug in xthreads? When you upload image named xxx.jpg (image gallery) and someone upload image named xxx.jpg two weeks later first file is replaced and thread with first one is empty!!! Is it bug or I do something wrong?

Both of the above were uploaded with the filename "img1.jpg" (you can check by the image URLs:

As you can see, they both still exist.

Unless you're specifically trying to replace the first thread's image (or remove it), it should still exist.
If you can give exact reproduction steps on how to produce the bug from a clean install, I can look into it, otherwise, it doesn't appear to happen here.
