From what I've read, this and Wordpress are probably the most used CMSes.
So I wouldn't expect it to be bad I guess. I haven't particularly looked into CMSes - never really been interested. WordPress is very easy to use.
Why not set one up and play around with it?

no even I heard they're not support in free web hostings so that i can't try it.

It's pretty good as there's a lot of modules and themes for it.
You can create almost any type of website with it. However, it's not really a lite solution. So it's best for larger websites or sites that will need a bunch of features.
