It's pretty useless (so I won't make a plugin), but I just couldn't help laughing once I did this.
What's "borkification"? Look at this Firefox add-on: http://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/507
It's the same thing, however, users won't need the add-on to see it (ie, all users should see it). It's a Javascript thing, so is perfectly safe (well, except the fact that it makes things hard to read...)

Okay, here's what to do:
1) Grab the Bork.js file from below (or if you want, you can extract it from the Bork Bork Bork! plugin)

2) In your header template, add at the bottom:
