I think you need to create an additional plugin for that. I'll add Album field, so if you want to create a plugin for that later, maybe the field can be used. And maybe I will leave the decision to Admin whether they want to be able to filter songs/threads by Artist/Album or not, depends on how much control they take for their Lyrics Forum.
