I think you're just clearly doing something incorrect, because there should be no way that nothing happens on a clean forum.
Please give a step by step instruction on exactly what you're doing since installing a clean forum.

sorry for the late reply,  i tried to install in default theme, its works even i tried gallery codes, trading code all works fine in default theme, but these codes doesn't work in other themes can you please tell me am i doing something wrong??

You need to ensure that you're saving your new templates into the Global template set.
It's also possible that some modifications done by the theme are overriding these changes.

yes i m saving new templates in global template. but new templates works in default theme only.

You'll need to go through any custom templates your theme uses and fix them manually.
This will require you to know HTML fairly well.

Looking at the screenshots on your past publish, it seems that all layouts that function on forumdisplay and showthread web page don't function on your message board. But, if the occurrence example program performs on your message board (it has a "custom" forumdisplay_thread and postbit_first layouts which function on forumdisplay and showthread page), I don't know why this example doesn't function on your message board..
