Hello! i am making an imageboard based on MyBB
and i've stepped in one of this problems
i am sure that xthreads can help me with that
but i don't know how
i am going to use "thread image" to the upload

I don't use imageboards, but from my understanding, you need to have posts with images as opposed to threads.
Also, they seem to follow a threaded post structure rather than a strict thread -> post structure that most forums employ.
well i've managed to somehow adapt it to mybb

if you put the mouse over the globe (at right) itwill show first post of the thread(didn't make that plugin)
If i could show the first post of everythread the rest will be piece of cake

You will need a custom plugin for that.
If you only want an excerpt of the first post, the thread tooltip can be retrofitted.

well my skills aren't good enough to make a plugin
what do you mean by execerpt and retrofitting?
If you use the thread tooltip plugin, you can display the first 200 chars of the first post for each thread in threadlist.
