I don't have a fresh board to try on at the moment...

Update the 1.6 version to v1.12:
- fix MyBB parser craziness in 1.6.1

Maybe that's your issue RocketFoot.

Doesn't work at quick reply, if i clicked the +- quote button it shows mybb default quote system

The plugin works only in quote button..

It works for me in multi quote (using quick reply) and quote button (MyBB 1.6.3)?

Install a test clean forum, put the plugin on, and verify it works.  If it does, apply your modifications one by one to determine what's the conflict.
