If what you meant is YouTube thumb in Similar Threads block, unfortunately, you need a plugin for that.

i have tried everything to add these xthreads but at the custom thread field there are things that i dont understand, i was trying to add the youtube video gallery but i really need some help with on how to install it the right way otherwise i get white pages on it.
im searching anything and i found a website called sharree.com and i want something like that, is it the same code or is it changed completely, cause i want things like that on my forums.
White pages don't tell much. If you can get PHP error info, it'll tell you more.
You can also just do things one step at a time and find which step breaks things.

If I enter a link and submit the subject, there is no video in the thread.

Only in the overview, a thumbnail is displayed.

And can I change the size of the thumbnails in the topic overview somewhere? Long texts are cut off at my current size.

Change <img> tag in ytvgal_forumdisplay_thread template
No, a video code is not displayed in the thread and the ytvgal_showthread template is working.
